 A call for inviting papers on the following areas was issued and over fifty papers were received a conference volume was prepared and released by Prof. C. R. Muthukrishnan, Deputy Director, IIT Madras and President Computer Society of India. Efforts are on to prepare a CD ROM of the accepted papers which will be available very soon.
